How do I clear the cache?

Clearing your cache can help resolve a range of troubleshooting issues.

Using Google Chrome

On the browser toolbar, click the menu icon (three vertical dots in the top right). Click the Clear browsing data link.

If you're using an older version of Chrome, this might be nested in a menu called More tools.

Here, choose your time range. Tick Cookies and other site data and Cached images and files options, then click the Clear Data button to confirm.
